TWO PETITIONS DISMISSED. v

CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Mr. Justice Hordman, in two judgments in the Supreme Court in divorce, dealt -with clause 4 pf the Divorce and Matrimonial Act of last year, which makes divorce easier than before. In 6scl< case a separation and maintenance order h,ad been made by the Magistrate, against the husband, and in each case tho husband petitioned for divorce on the ground of separation for at least three years under the order. Hie Honour dismissed both petitions.
