THE KING'S THEATRE.
It is not given to every motion-pic-ture producer to be possessed of such breadth of vision and wealth of imagination as Maurice Toumeur, creator of a score, or more than 100 per cent.| of screen successes. _ But it is claimed that in no other of his pictures has he displayed these qualities in more striking fashion than he does in his presentation of James Fenimore Cooper's classic, " The Last of the Mohicans," to be screened at the King's Theatre to-night. This story, as long as the English language endures, will continue to stir the blood and fire the imagination of succeeding generations. It should be sufficient to state that those who have been privileged to witness an advance screen; ing speak enthusiastically of the producer's achievement. "The Last of the Mohicans " is claimed to be a masterpiece, of literature. Mr. Leslie Jehpcott, who made such a good impression on hi 3 last visit, opens again to-night in entirely new numbers, whilst special music has been arranged by the King's Orchestra.
