VIENNA, 11th August. The Taxation ' Commissioners levied 400 million kruner as income tax upon a string of Hungarian horses entered for the. Austrian race meetings, and planned to Seize the racehorses as security. The owners heard of the plan just in time to rusli the animals in motor-lorries over the Hungarian border at night time. The Commissioners pursued them in motor-cars, but the horses readied the border first.
