Two of the undefended divorce cases partially heard on Tuesday were completed before his Honour Mr. Justice Sim, Acting-Chief Justice, .this ingIn the case Frederick James Shandy. Evelyn Hilda Sband and Archie Kdwiny Grant, Mr. Mazengarb informed ~ his Honour that the formal certificate ot service of citation had been completed. His Honour grant«d a doctor »\si, with costs against the co-reßDond©nt. ; The other case was that', of Lilliai EHen Oldham v. Ernest Ralph Old'ham. As required by his Honour, Mr. M. V. . Luckie produced evidence to show that Mrs. Oldham had been living aAotill in Wellington for five years, unsupported by her husband. Another witness was called to prove that respondent had a New Zealand domicile. A decree nisi was granted on the usual terms.
