A PROPOSED RAILWAY AND WHARF

DARGAVILLE, 11th August. One of the largest and most influential meeting's was held at Dargaville yesterday. Settlers were present from up and down the river to discuss matters in connection with the proposed Helens-ville-Shelly Beach railway and wharf. It was ■eventually decided to adopt the committee's report, and' rsaippoint them to make necessary arrangements in connection with, having a railway board und«r the Aot of 1914 constituted.
