DUNEDIN, lllii August. Thomas Alexander Dale, a single man, ■was found dead thi3 evening in the cellar of tho Excelsior Hotel. He, evidently mistook liis way, and entered the bottle cellar down a right-of-way, where he was found sitting with his head between jus .leg* in » stooping positioo. ":
