DULL WEATHER
The- weather has been very dull locally, and there has been rain in some parts of the South Island. Just now the barometer is unsteady, but according to the Dominion Meteorologist it will probably fall everywhere sooiu In fact, the weather threatens to be ■'"unsettled and cloudy at times, with misty i rain in many parts of the Dominion." The westerly winds are likely to give way to northerly breezes..
