Act, 1890," the Roman Catholio Archbishop of Wellington is a Corporation Sole in whom are vested all lands belonging to the Roman Catholio Church in the Archdiocese of Wellington: And whereas there is in various parts of the. said Archdiocese lands which by reason of altered circumstances are no longer suitable for the purpose for whioh they were originally acquired, Notice is hereby given that within Fourteen Days of the meeting of the General Assembly of Now Zealand to be hold next after the date of this Notice, a Petition will be presented to the.said General Assembly praying and applying for leave to bring in a Private Bill to be called "The Roman Oitholio Archbishop of Wellington Empowering Act, 1921." . The objects of tho said Application and Bill are:— To enable tho Archbishop to sell the Lands described in tho Schedule thereto, or any of them, and to expend the pvoeoods thereof in the purchase of other land in the Archdiocese, and to erect Churches and School Buildings thereon, and to borrow money on tho security of lands so acquired, or of any of them. A copy of the said Petition and Bill will bo deposited in tho Office of the Examiner of Standing Orders either bofore or within fourteon days of the commencement of the said session.
