PALMERSTON N., '■ 9th 1 August. At last night's meeting . of ' the Manawatu Rugby Union it was reported that the difference with. the Manawatu A. and E: Association regarding the use of the /Show .Grounds for the Springboks' football match had been 'settled, the association agreeing to reduce the charge to 10 per cent, of the proceeds instead of 25 per cent, as previously asked for. The.Manawatu Rugby Union has decided to suspend until the end 1 of. the 1922 season the members of the Kairanga junior team who left the field in a body during a recent match, the captain of-the team having previously been disqualified for life. , . . ;
