The Morning Post's correspondent at Hamburg says that ex-Captain Czernkak, the Hungarian aviator, has been arrested on a charge of murdering' Count Tisza. • [Count Tisza was shot in Budapest by a soldier on Ist November, 1918. A fortnight previously an attempt had been made on the life of the Count when he' was leaving the Hungarian ■ Chamber, after a tumultuous sitting, during which he arid his party had been denounced as the authors of the war.]
