James Marchant (Director of the National Council for the Promotion of Race Regeneration) is planning a world tour, including Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the United States, with a view to organising an international conference in Europe in 1922 to deal with the reaffirmation of the normal ideal relating to sex, marriage, parenthood, 'rise and fall of'population, and Brith fates. He s*ys the-tour does not represent any party, creed, or association, bnt the standing together of the whites throughout the world to prevent racial submersion. All bishops, Nonconformist*' leaders, General Booth, wellknown philanthropists, and social workers u« supporting the project.
