Karl will take up his residence at Viareggio, on the Gulf of Genoa, where he has bought a magnificent villa. [A Message from Berlin" dated 30th July etated':—The Swiss.Government has intimated, to ex-Emperor Karl that he must leave. Switzerland before 31st August. Karl is seeking permission from various Governments to live under them. It is reported that he pngfers Spain, but is afraid of the high cost of living. If this difficulty is overcome, be will settle on the Hapsburge' estate at the Bakwic Isles.]
