SHORTT'S THEATRE.
■An artistic triumph is achieved by Dorothy Phillips, Universal star, in "Once- to Every Woman," one of the twin stars of the current bill at Shoitt's Theatre. Associated with her is a cast which includes Randolph. Valentine, Robert Anderson, Elinor Field, and others, in a,, poignant drama of the country and the stage. ■ Viola Dana is also on the bill in "Puppets of Fate.".' Mfcis Ami .Sullivan sings "Ben Bolt" and "Rome, Sweet Home" during the screening of the premier star.
