Inquiry ia made, by a correspondent as to the functions and constitution of the Picture Censorship Appeal j Board. The board comprises three persons appointed by the Minister of Internal Affairs': Mr. H. M. Gore) and Mesdames K. Preston and Bighton, the last-named on the nomination of the picture-film proprietors'.
