One of the options offered to ho|ders,:..Wjaa, l,.the.,'conversion of certificates into bearer bonds or inscribed stock in multiples of £50, bearing interest at 6 per cent. In. many cases certificates are held in smaller sums than £50; but this method of conversion will be open to air holders, oven if they cannot offer I the full amount it" the form of certificates. They will^ be-allowed to,make up the balance in cash.
