(AUSTRALIAN • NEW ZEALAND CABLB ASSOCIATION.) CONSTANTINOPLE, sth Aug. The Afghan at Angora, speaking at a "banquet celebrating the ratification of the TuTco-Afjrhan Treaty, said : "Afghanistan realises that Turkey is fighting for her rights, and that Britain is assisting Greece in order to support Christians against Moslem Tupkey. WeKVloslerns of the Orient missed a, great opportunity during the war, but now we realise the facts. Afghanistan purposes adopting towards India the same attitude as Britain adopts against Turkey. So long as B'-itain openly or secretly aids Greece, we, in conformity with the new treaty, intend to continue the encouragement of Indian revolutionaries and stirring up frontier tribes.
