LORD NORTHCLIFFE'S VIEWS.
VANCOUVER, 6th August. Lord Northcliffe, addressing the Can adian Club at luncheon, said that disarmament was approved by the Imperial Conference. He was convinced that if the delegates at the Washington Conference truly represented the desires of the nations, an agreement would be reached and an era of peace and prosperity opened in the Pacific which would efctend to Europe and throughout 'the world. .
