■ ■ LONDON, 7th August. - A mass meeting of Europeans at l^aif-. obi, at which the speakers included unofficial members of the Legislative Council, unanimously adopted n series oi rv, solutions directed against the claims by Indians at Kenya to equality with the whites.
The Indian situation has reached a very acute" stage, and it is understood that the aettlers have formed a secret organisation to resist the Indian claims. The paramount Chief of Wakikuyu repudiated the resolutions adopted at a. recent- meeting of natives, making common cause ..with the Indians. He declared' . he was opposed to the Indians. ' v •-.
