CHALLENGE CUP MATCH
By their defeat of the two leading teams 'Varsity are now regarded as one of the strongest teams in the competition, and, although well down the list (owing to disorganisation through the 'Varsity tour and the vacation), they will probably enter a challenge for the National Mutual Challenge Cup. Should other teams also challenge, the Rugby Union will decide which team is to meet f,he championship winners. 'Varsity's success in the second round should go a long way towards the acceptance of their challenge; ■ ' .
