CHRISTCHURCH, This Day.
Another severe frost left theEiccar. ton tracks very hard again this' morning, arid delayed the start of training operations. The sand and' tan tracks iwere open, also the old sand, which is now lightly grassed. As most of the horses engaged at the meeting did strong work yesterday, the proceedings to-day were very . uninteresting,. consisting chiefly of steady pacing.
