MADRID, sth August. It is reported tHat the survivors from Nador Zeluan have arrived at Melilla.
General Picasso, a member of the Supreme War Council, has been commissioned to investigate affairs in Morocco. MADRID, 4th August. Fighting continues at Melilla. The rebels have captured Nador.
Public demonstrations here continue to demand the evacuation of Morocco in preference to undertaking a colonial war. involving increased taxation.
