A SPECIAL BAND CONCERT.
A special perfonuaace in aid of a member of the band, Mr. Archie Collins, who is now confined' to hospital, will be.givea at the Newtown Park to-morrow by tha Waterside Workers' Band. The worthiness of the cause should assure a record! attendance of the public. The bandi, under the conductorship of Mr. J. J.. Drew, is making excellent progress, ami its numbers will include :—Maroh, "Thw Challenge" ; overture, "Sorrow Joy'!; intermezzo, "Russe"; selection, "H Ti- o«7° re,'.' mardl > "Australia"; two-step, Angehne '; waltz, "Silver and Gold*: and march, "Half and Half."
