NAPIER SESSIONS.
(IT TBLBORAPH.—PRIS? MBOCUTION.) NAPIER, 7th June. At the Supreme Court, two charges of indecent assault on girls were proved, one against Joseph Simms, the other against Michael Cuddihy, a man between 70 and 80 years of age. ' Both the accused were remanded for sentence.
William James M'Kain, a postal cadet, found guilty of opening letters* will be sentenced to-morrow.
