He has been aboard since the vessel left on her Unit trip to Auckland, where he was not permitted to'-land as he refused to take the oath of allegiance, which he contends was introduced during his absence from Now Zealand. He denies that hn is'disloyal, but states that his conscience will not permit him to take the oath, either in Australia or in New Zealand.]
