COOL AND CHANGEABLE
The lunar eclipse last night had nothing to do with the weather; but the weather had a good! deal to do with the success of tho eclipSe as a popular spectacle, The clear sky of those critical hours has been somewhat clouded since, arid the weather ia classed as "fair to cloudy generally, with the barometer unsteady and having a falling tendency." Variable breezes .have succeeded the southerlies everywhere, and are expected to turn to westerlies, moderate to stormy. Cool and changeable weather is expected, and scattered showers are likely. Another cold night is probable.
