TRUCULENT TROTSKY
RATTLING THE SABRE
TALK OF A GENERAL OFFENSIVE.

LONDON, 21et April. The Times correspondent at Helsingfore states that Trotsky is again rattling the sabre. In a bombastic address to the students at a military school, he stated that next summer the Soviet would investigate the possibilities of a general offensive in the East, coupled with a war of revenge against Poland. He Stated that the Red army at present counts millions of trained and eager fighters, and 150,000 officers. The output- of the munition factories had increased 400 per cent.
