E. Phillips Oppenheim'e story, "The Long Arm of Mannister," makes a. splendid vehicle the artistry of Henry B. Walthall, who is seen in the character of George Mannister, at tire Empress Theatre this week. The study of the man, deeply wronged, whoso desire for revenge on his enemies takes him into the four quarters of the earth, and who strikes them down remorselcesly one by one, finally discovering' that revenge is rot everything that makes life worth living.
