The tenth annual Teport of tho vestry, to»be presented at tho annual meeting of parishioners of St. Alban's Church, Eastbourne, shows the funds of the church to be in a sound condition. The church was opened for worship in May, 1910, and the total cost was approximately £3500, including £800 for tile building. Through the generosity of an anonymous donor, the debt on tho church has this year been reduced to £250. Donations towards the stipend fund amounted to £139, as against £96 3s 6d for the preceding year. The amount at credit of the Day's Bay building fund has been increased to £323 13s 2d, mainly by the proceeds of the sale of work on 27th November last, which resulted in £170 being handed to the treasurer. There is an overdraft of £53 Os _4d at tho_ bank, and the Vestry Board invite donations in reduction of this amount. General offertories showed an increase of £5 17s 9d and special of 15s, while retiring collections for tho immigrants' welcome fund amounted to £10 8s lOd. Tho thanks of tho. vestry are given to the Ladies' Guild, the Decorating Guild, school teachers, organists, and all others who have assisted in tho work of the church.
