Judgment for plaintiff by defauHNwas given by Mr. W. G Riddell, S.M., in the following undefended cases at the Magistrate's Court to-day :—
William Craig v. D. Byrne, £8, costs £1 14s 6d; Harold W. Brown and Co., Ltd., v. W. H. Powell, £1 8s costs only; R. A. Jamieson v. Fred Fanning, £100, costs £5 10s. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. • David M'Gavin was ordered to pay the Wellington Plumbers' Union £2 8s 6d by 3rd May; in default 48 hours' imprisonment. John P. Todd is to pay R. Lloyd the sum of £16 14s on or before 10th. May or go to gaol for seven days.
