DULL AND MISTY WEATHER
Drizzling rain fell at _ Wellington, last night and this morning, and thi weather generally; has been dull and sultry. Dull and misty conditions with rain are promised in to-day's forecast, and westerly winds arc expected locally. The barometer has a falling .tendency.
