THE ADMIRAt CODRINGTON. A wireless message was received last evefcing from the "Poverty Bay Sheepfarmerii' steamer, Admiral Codrington, en route from Western Australia, stating that the vessel would arrive at Wellington at noon to-day but up to the time of going to press the Admiral Codrington had not put in an appearance. It is presumed that she is being delayed in Cook Strait by thick weather.

MANUKA FOE SYDNEY.

The Union Company's steamer Manuka will leave Wellington at 10 o'clock to-morrow morn, ing for Sydney and Hobart.

The General Steamship Corporation's steam, er West Holbrook, due in Auckland on 11th March, has the following cargo for discharge: Auckland, 2200 tons, including 37,500 cases of gasoline, 550,000 feet of lumber; Napier, 1000 tons, including 20,000 cases gasoline; Wellington, 2400 tons; including 4600 cases of gasoline,, also 13,000 feet of tmnber.

The Cape Colony was placed in dry *jck at Port Chalmers last week/. When she comes out of dock keel blocks will be'refold'for the accommodation of the Waiotapu, which, it is expected, wi!l require repairs where the pitting of "plates has resulted from her lencthy lay-up during the war period.

The Flora arrived at Wellington this morning from Pictot, with a, load of sheep. After discharging the sheep at the Petone; Wharf the vessel sailed at 11.30 o'clock for New Plymouth.

The New Zealand Shipping Company's liner Hororata left Wellington early this mornlne for Wanganui to continue her loading for Home.

Thick weather prevailed in Cook Strait today, and in consequence'the Mapouriira and Kaitoa were both about five hours' late in arriving ac Wellington from Nelson to-Tlay.
