-. WASHINGTON, Ist March. The American Federation of Labour may officially sever all relationship with the International Federation of Trade Unions. Definite action is expected before the close of the American Federation's executive council, now meeting here. The American federation withheld its dues from the International for more than three months, and practically declined to participate in the activities of the international body, which Mr. Gompers characterised as a revolutionary body.
