TALLY-CLERKS UNEMPLOYED
As a result of the waterfront trouble 150 casual tally-clerks are unemployed. Most of them have been out of employment ever since the trouble started, and as their idleness is enforced upon them, and not brought about by any fault of their own, they feel their position very keenly.
