ROME, Ist March.
•The Italian Socialist Mission to Russia has reported 45 per cent, reduction in the Russian workers' production capacity, and 20 per cent, in education. The total production convincingly proves the country's grievous economic condition. The Mission believes a revolution will possibly eventually triumph, and that Russia will be delivered from the Soviet regime through the trade unions.
