A Philadelphia newspaper publishes a sensational Paris cable message that Jajpan is having constructed in Europe a great fleet of war aeroplanes, and some hundreds of machines of special construction, enabling them to rise easily from the deck of a battleship, have been purchased from France. French airmen have been approached to proceed to Japan. •
