A]l the Dominions, India, and the colonies were represented, including Mr. Barkley (Australia) and Mr. Herd (New liealand). Sir Robert Home said that the war had brought Britain and the Dominions c|os.er, and it Was desirable to still fur* they remove the restrictions on interImporial trade.
