BERLIN, 28th February. Dr. yon Simons started for London to meet the Allied Conference midst shouts of "Stand fast," which he himself echoed. There are rumours of an intended monarchist coup to coincide with i the London deliberations. (Received March 1, 9 aim.) BERLIN, 28th February. No Labour man accompanies the delegation to London, as originally planned, in order to indicate the readiness of the working cla-sees to. assist in rebuilding the devastated countries.
