DTTKEDIN, 28th February. Allan Kane, a well-known farmer, residing at Luggate, met his death in a tragic manner on Saturday morning. He went out to a paddock to bring in the cows to milk, whan he was attacked; by a bull and gored to death. From a distance Mr*. Kane saw her husband' being tossed up on the animal's horns, bat before she oould reach him scarcely a hone in his body was left unbrokeii. deceased- waa 34 year's of as»e, and leaves three young children. His father resides in Dunedin.
