Citation has been issued out of the Supreme Court of Now Zealand at Wellington citing you to appeal- and answer the petition of Mabel Florence Mawson, of Wellington, wherein she prays for a dissolution of her marriage with you on the ground of desortion, and such Citation intimates that, in default of your so doing, the Court will proceed to hear the said petition and pronounce sentence therein, notwithstanding your absence.
