LONDON, 26th February. The Daily Chronicle's correspondent at Berlin states that the' German Cabinet has adopted reparation counter-proposals providing for co-operative control of the world's raw products and the allotment of a percentage of Germany's industrial products to the Allies as reparation, with partial payment in gold. Tho German delegation, totalling sixty, will arrive on Monday, and will be accommodated at the Savoy Hotel, LONDON, 27th February. The Allied conference of economio
experts submitted a- report intended to ! meet Germany's contention thaj she is unable to pay the- indemnity demanded. The report points, out Germany's'favourable economic situation' compared with 1 that of the Allies. She had not suffered material war damage nor contracted a heavy foreign debt. France's foreign debt is 2386 francs per head;, Germany's only 40 marks per.head. Germany's dis- * armament saves the pre-war expenditure on the army and navy and releases considerable- man power for increased production. '
