Under the auspices of the Wellington Labour Representation Committee a public meeting will be hold on. Thursdayevening next in tho Concert Chamber of tho Town Hall in support of a petition to tako a poll under the Rating Amendment Act, 1911, on the question of levying a]l rates in the city under the system of rating on unimproved values. The principal speaker . will be Mr. P. J. O'Rogan.
