ADJOURNED DIVORCE SUIT.
The undefended divorce petition o£ Frances Elizabeth Langham against .Arthur Joseph Langham, adjourned for the hearing of further evidence, was resumed to-day before the Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout). Mr. P. Levi, in tho absence of Mr. P. W. Jackson, who is ill, appeared for petitioner. .After hearing one witness to the effect that respondent was never sober during the two years witnesa had known him, his Honour made a decree nisi, givim* petitioner tho custody of the child of the marriage. Costs were granted against the co-respondent.
