Commenting kwi the London Chamber of Commerce protest against tine New South Wales Large Holdings Bill and the possible effect on the English investor, The Times reminds Mr. Storey of Mr. Theodore's experience, and cwlds: "It is no use politicians coming to London for capital when in Australia they appear%o devote their best efforts to destroy." The paper also suggests amending the Trustee Act, in order to limit, the borrowing power to a definite percentage of revenue.
