Weather insurance polioies taken out by individuals are no longer novel, but tho business is put on a larger scale whenathletic associations adopt this form of covering their risks (says a London paper). The Ea^le Star and British Dominions Company recently issued a Pluvius policy to tho Fulham Football Club, to cover tho difference between tho club's estimated takings and the actual takings should it be adversely affected by rain. The policy also covers the club against loss in the Went of any match having to be abandoned through., fog, frost, or snow, and transferred'from a Saturday fixture to midweek.
