LONDON, 24th February.
The Miners' Conference passed a resolution to oppose by every m«ans in its power tho decontrol of coal, which would be prejudicial to the interests of the trade and the nation generally. Tho executive is preparing a scheme for a levy for tire support of the unemployed miners.
