CHAUTAUQUA TO-NIGHT.
To-night the second entertainment of the present Chautauqua season will be given in the Farmers' Institute Hall. The concert will commence at 8 o'clock, the performers being Miss Lulu Root, a pleasing contralto from New York; and Mr. Lionel Paulton,ti pianist, also from' New York. At 8.45 Mr. Joel W. Eastman will lecture on an interesting subject, "Unfolding of. Democracy." Mr. Eastman is a lecturer of ability, who has made a study of his subject. There should be a large attendance. •
