NEW TITLE SUGGESTED
SIGN OF THE NEW SPIRIT.
(tW»B HUSS ASSOCIATION.—COFXMWHT.) j HCSUSHED IN THE TIHE3.I
LONDON, 20th January.
■! The Timeg^ in a leader, says that the term "Colonial Office" is reminiscent of lees-ispacious days in the history of the Dominions, and suggests the bygone colonial system. "Why not 'Imperial OfEce'i'-and 'Secretary of State' for (Imperial Affairs?' The change would be a visible sign of the new spirit in British dealings with the Dominions, which was plain under Lord Milner." It is understood that Mr. Churchill will have charge of Egypt. .
