Private advices from *4.ustria state that the Austrian Government is actually resigning from to-day. A general strike is breaking out. Meetings are being held throughout the country demanding union with Germany, and threatening to lynch profiteers and speculators. Inquiries at the London Embassy do not confirm the definite resignation of the Government. The Minister, states that he does not know exactly what has happened ,at tho .moment, "but he knows 'tile'position is very grave.
