Line charijered 'steamer Bellbuckle, to the agency of./Dalgety and Co., arrived in. the stream at 8.45 o'clock la«t evening from New York, and berthed this morning at tjie Queen's Wharf to commence discharge of her cargo, which comprises 18 750 cases of oil and 500 tons of general The Bellbuckle left,. New York on the 15th December, and experienced a fine and uneventful trip throughout!, . She called at .Panama on the 20th December.
Captain, Smith, wh.o is in charge of tha Bellbuckle, has with him , the following ofllcers:—Chief, Mr 0. Hansen; second, fir 11 P. Smith; third, Mr D. J. Sloper; chief engineer, Mr A. J. Petrie; first assistant, Mr H. B. Smart; second assistant, Mr E. W. Turner; third, Mr F. A. Davies; supercarso Mr Brunt'; qhief steward, Mr H. Bilton.
After aischarge at Wellington, the < Bellbuckle will proceed to Lyttelton, Timaro and Australian ports to complete.
