(Received January 21, 10 a.m.) j LONDON, 20th January. At the free wool sales the bulk of the offering was cleared. Good competition prevailed at full Ja-te rates. Australian realisations were as follow: —"Boolardy" over " Murchison." 20d to 19d ; " Colaroy," 35d to -29d; " Sterling," 24d to 22d ; " Goonoogoonoo," 27Jd to 26Jd. Messrs. Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having received the following cablegram from their London house, under date of 18th January, 1921:—"Government wool sales close 21st January, free 27th January. Crossbred wools, fine quality greasy, demand better. Crossbred wools, medium quality greasy, demand better, owing to limits reduced."
